dhomme @bfashun My apologies for not replying sooner but we've been traveling and I gave not checked my Posh account in a while. The waist size of this belt is adjustable by way of a toggle that allows you to tighten or loosen the fabric. The overall length of the scarf is 48" and, assuming you would want at least 6 inches of fabric drape, that would give you a 42" waist. Pulling more fabric through the toggle would make the waist smaller and the drape longer.

dhomme @brendapie Unfortunately, I'm traveling at the moment and can't access this item to take a photo of the clasp. The clasp is a simple gold-plated toggle. You can see a corner of it in the second photograph...on the left.
