The dress had no wardrobe tag with a character name, so I was not able to confirm the show it came from, but the same dress was seen on Blair Waldorf/Leighton Meester on Gossip Girl and it may be the actual dress from the show. Black faceted crystals and seed bead embellishment on front. Long sleeves. V-neck with ruching down center. Fitted bodycon style. Jersey knit fabric has a lot of stretch and is doubled. Side invisible zipper. There is a small snag towards a front armhole, shown in last photo.
