Hey! Would you say the leggings are black but the sparkles are blue?

@graciesullli Yes, indoors they appear blackish with blue to steel gray mermaid scales and a few pops of green yellow and orange.
Depending on how the light hits the fabric, the Mermaid scales can be more dramatic and iridescent. I added pictures of the leggings in the sun to give a better idea of what the material looks like outside.
