Emily Wonder Floral Blouse

Like new, flowy and cheerful. This blouse is light and airy with flutter sleeves and v-neck with three buttons. Tag says dry clean only, but I washed on delicate and laid flat and it has washed beautifully. No flaws. This is TTS to slightly oversized, I wore this easily as a 16, 18, 20 in most brands.
