Emma Cook Silk Tie Dye Dress

Amazing RARE runway dress from Emma Cook. Not sure of the size(?) No tag indicating. Flowy open size fit. Would also fit a Medium. The label is falling off but can be stitched. Also a tear along the seam as pictured but easily fixed. It's a navy blue and cream-ish color.
