Emma & Michele Vintage Looking Dress SZ 14 Knee Length Dress

When I found this dress, I thought it was true vintage but upon inspection, I found an RN#, so it can't be true vintage. It just has that vibe. The dress is stretchy so it should be very comfortable. The bust measures 38". The length from the neckline to the bottom of the dress is 36". The sleeves are mid length and the measurement from shoulder to the end of the sleeve is 16". Looking at it, it does seem to be very close to today's size 14. It looks like this brand is sold at J.C. Penney. Based on the price range for new dresses, I am going to price this one at $15. That will be an awesome outfit for $15.
