NWT perfect for fall. Hip & feminine tiered woven dress with tie neck and ruffle trim detail. Paisley-like pattern, hidden elastic waist, 3 tiny gold faux-buttons. The neck tie can be worn open or tied or cut off. Main colors are wine khaki/olive green, wedgewood blue. New with tags. Smoke free & symptom free/triple vaccinated home.
