Emma & Michele small black jumper

Small black jumper with the feel of jersey knit, tank style top , elastic waistband w a faux string tie, two hip flap pockets sitting atop trouser leg pants. A great outfit to dress up or go casual. It is a small, but I feel it runs a bit big, I generally wear a 0-2 in dresses and I have plenty of room- length and width!
