urbanbohemian @artsmartchick it’s empire waist so the dress flairs out from the beading underneath the bustline. At the narrowest part (at beading) it’s 34.5in without stretching. The dress is stretchy but it’s hard to tell where the waist would be, I guess it depends on your height since the waist isn’t defined in this dress.
