this is a silver charm shaped like the Empire State Building made for a Pandora (or similar style) bracelet. gently loved, sold as is. too tiny to detail any small scratches so it is as appears in the photo. this is not a Pandora-branded charm. I have no idea what brand it is and could not tell you if it is sterling, likely not, but I loved the uniqueness of commemorating NYC and having a whole little building. great souvenir!
