Empire waist semi sheer midi dress

A very versatile Navy dress for day, night and different seasons. Especially it is so fashionable and comfortable as this one. Empire high waist with little stretch. High and low hem front 39" back 40". Made by Twelfth Street Cynthia Vincent. Please note that the dress is Marked Small but it runs bigger and for sure will fit a medium as well. Only used for a fashion show. Like new condition.
