Empire waist short dress.

This dress is very versatile as you can wear it as a dress, or with pants or with leggings. I've done all three. It's sort of a wool feeling material but it isn't scratchy, it's very comfortable. It has a silky material lining inside around the neckline. There are a few gathers under the bust line. The sleeves have a little pouf with lining inside there as well. It is a v-neck collar and is approx. 21 1/2" in length. It says large but I believe it is a Junior size large.
