Empire-waist, black w/ floral dress

I wore this on 3-4 occasions and got stopped multiple times asking me where it was from. This dress is a stunner! It has a plunging neckline you can use to show some skin, or put a bandeau bra under the dress for more support/coverage. It’s so flowy, so comfortable, and undeniably beautiful! I’m 5’6” and wore the dress with 2-4 inch heels.
