Sure. Jacket length from top most collar is 29.5", width at waist/2nd level button shown is 28", pants waist 28" , and inseam length 28.5". . I'm 5'4" tall and weigh ~115 lbs, long arms, broad shoulders, small chest. Long time Emporio Armani wearer, especially 1990's (for work). Size 42 usually was a consistent fit. This jacket has a bit more defined shape, and an internal waist button. Jodie Foster era color/styles. I had this and multiple black EA's and still do.
