Emporio Armani linen shirt - well worn - good shape but could use a minor repair

This beautiful linen shirt from Emporio Armani has been well worn out of a non-smoking home. Note the fraying at top of the collar line (close to which is one tiny hole (covered by the collar when wearing btw). The lower left sleeve also has a tear that could use repair (or of course this style of short can be worn with the lower sleeve rolled). Aside from these issues, which are of course reflected in the price, this freshly laundered beautiful shirt has no other rips, holes, stains, smells or missing buttons. It is a wonderful summer shirt. Classy but relaxed. Color btw is a muted / faded flesh tone / tan / pink. Hard to describe, but very classy.
