Empowering Cards for Kids - Self Esteem, Relaxation, Mindfulness, Encouragement

This is a new, boxed set of "Empowering Cards for Kids" designed to teach children mindfulness, affirmations, self-esteem, relaxation, and more. The cards are made of sturdy cardstock and feature a colorful, abstract design with a white background. Each card measures approximately 4 inches by 5 inches and contains a different affirmation or activity.
