dschwab00 @michelewolny hi, yes it does match the pants and is a bonded fleece made by blanketing fabrics for warmth. I used Nikwax Softshell Spray on for water proofing the Jacket. Or you can purchase it in liquid form. The jacket is washable, just add the liquid to the machine when washing. Ive never been wet 1x. Always dry and warm:))

dschwab00 @michelewolny no they are not a drastic high-rise-under the chest. They fit like Reg Jeans would, on waist, slightly above the waist. Also, they are adjustable to tighten or loosen your fit.
