Dress is white with a light blue floral brushed pattern design. Features a large (4.5”) white ruffle around the trim of the dress. The hi-lo dress design is very flattering and feminine. Condition, material & care: In very good used condition with minimal signs of wear. One small stain on the back of the shoulder (see last photo for reference). Besides this, no other flaws of stains. Material is 100% rayon. Hand wash, lay flat to dry.
