En Focus Studios Floral Black & White Strapless Dress Size 14

Black and white floral print strapless dress has sewn in black tulle to add volume to the hem. Dress sits mid calf and has a zipper back. Elastic is also on the back top hem for comfort and extra give. No rips, tears, or stains. Dress says size 14 but DOES NOT FIT AS A PLUS SIZE. Measurements are in flat lay; busy 18” but can add an inch or two with the elastic, waist 16”, length 34.5”
