Brand new with tags! Just didn’t end up needing for the event I purchased it for. Would be great for the holidays! Square neckline (velvet) with bodice bonding for a fitted top half. Zipper closure with a tie waist that can be tied to your liking. Very versatile with a full, tulle lined skirt/bottom. Fits snug up top if you have a chest! Also has pockets!!
