En focus studio dress, taupe and navy dot top, navy skirt with tiers. Skirt is tighter and stretchy. Top looks like a blouse, has an attached undershirt/ like a tank. Flattering collar with pintucks/pleats. Waist approx 13" but stretches several more inches, approx 34" from shoulder. It was above the knee on me.

@abbylop7676 length is approx 34-35 from shoulders, waist 13", bust approx 16". It is very stretchy! I wore it as a DD and it was ok. let me see if I can find a pic of me wearing it.
