Enamel British flag belt buckle

unsure what metal this is made from but has a little weight to it. marked 'made in the u.s.a.' on the back. British flag with enamel sparkly red and blue in it. thought it could find a new home. I take reasonable offers and also bundle! thanks for your interest.
