Encanto Pepa Madrigal Costume

This is a beautiful handmade 3 piece traditional formalwear that I bought to use as a Pepa Madrigal dress from Halloween. Could be used for either an Encanto costume or traditional dress! Comes with a pair of lightweight pants and a shawl. The skirt is full and has lovely weight and movement to it. The chiffon top layer covers a fully lined skirt ending in a beautiful, embroidered elaborate hem reminiscent of the stunning colors in Encanto. Includes beautiful broach.
