Beautiful midi dress by Endless Rose. Worn once, excellent condition, like-new! Material is 100% polyester. Fabric is a lightweight non-stretch weave. Round neckline with tie keyhole at back, puff sleeves with smocked elastic cuffs and ruffle trim. Empire waist and tiered skirt seams. All over floral pattern. Lined.
