Enfocus blue and white dress with open sleeve

This one piece dress has a slight flounce at the waist (see photo with my hand :). The sleeves have an opening with ties. Your shoulders are covered since the opening begins slightly below the shoulders. The neck opening fits on your shoulders and the elastic keeps it from falling down throughout wear.
