My chest, waist and arms are too small to make this stunning piece look as flattering as it is. Overall it fits like a medium and has a generously adjustable waist. NWOT black long sleeve blouse, gather sleeves with ties at wrist, elastic waist with back tie, button down to waist, flared and tapered high-low ruffle bottom, sleeve length 24", waist stretches with minimum circumference of 28" and maximum of 36", 24" long in front, 37" long in back, side length 39".
