Ok this one is adorable! Red and white gingham check asymmetrical skirt. Note the tie belt is actually sleeves! Can be tied in front or in back. Side zip. Even has hidden side pockets. Top to bottom front hem 19 1/2”. In back 34”. Waist approx 28”. So much cuter than in photos.
