English Rose Junior Midi Sheer Skirt

This is both pretty and funky at the same time. In a size Jr. L with a waist measurement of 15” and buttons down the back. 35” from waist to back hem and a bit shorter in the front at 32 1/2”. The under skirt is approx. 15” long and there is a beautiful design detail around waist with a side zipper. The hem is “U” shaped with side slits. (It is new with the extra buttons attached, as seen in pics, unfortunately the tag fell off in storage).
