NIGHT OWL A Crafty yet classic design for a 1960 purse. Features portray an Owl on a branch at Night in beads, sparkles and other embellishments, vinyl straps, and brass twist buckle. The purse has two compartments inside, one with and one without a zipper. (zipper functions). Rivets hold the bag together with a wooden bottom. ERA: 1960s LABEL: n/a DEMINSIONS: 12"W x 10.5"H x 3"D handle drop: 6" CONDITION: It appears new but has some beads missing, no wear on vinyl handles or buckle. Cream colored woven fabric. Mid Century handbag in good shape. It doesn’t have the Enid Collins signature or marking on it, but it looks just like all the other ” Night Owl” purses I’ve seen. It measures 10.5″ high x 12″ wide ( not including handles ). It has a wooden bottom and vinyl trim. Some of the jewels are missing. There is some slight tarnish on the grommets that attach the straps to the purse due to age. No other wear or stains. I would say this bag is in great condition minus the missing beads. I do have 5 of the missing beads that have fallen off that I have placed inside the purse.
