Entro Blue and White Tunic/Dress

Entro Blue Tunic/Dress with White Lace Detail down the front and on the sleeves. I am 5'7" and wore it as a tunic with leggings. Someone shorter could wear it as a dress. There is a slight snag in the seam near the shoulder *see last photo*
