Entro Green Cold-Shoulder Floral Sun Dress Tie in the back of the neck can be undone and retied as preferred. Cold Shoulder and open slits down the arms (see photos). Some wear to the fabric. Lining is longer than the overlaying shell (not sure if manufactured this way or due to some shrinkage). Sz S.
