I bought this dress in the late 80's to early 90's. It is made by Epix and made in the USA. Dress is Used in good condition Dress is a short sleeved ribbed knit midi dress with red and pink tulip design and green leaves Buttons go down the front of the dress but do not open. This is a slip over the head dress.
