This dreamy recycled fabric is water resistant- the top is a reversible swim top and they have matching swim bottoms online. The skirt can be folded at top or left long. Killer outfit for vacation, pool parties or hot days around water (or not). Materials and measurements provided. Does have some stretch. True to size, but I’d size down before sizing up. I’m in between a small/XS and this fits fine. Machine washable. No flaws- some wrinkles from storage. Skirt is unworn, top was worn a few times for short periods. PRICE IS FIRM DECLINING ALL OFFERS.
