Perfect for riding or casual wear. New with tags. I bought this new from a wonderful equine boutique in Middleburg, VA. I no longer ride English, and this vest is too pretty to not be enjoyed by someone. Measurements: 22.25 inches from armpit to armpit 24.25 length from shoulder seam to bottom hem (note that it's a little longer in the back to add extra coverage while riding - see photo with measurement for clarification) Just a personal note: All my items of clothing, both new and used condition, are from my own personal closet. I do not thrift or buy clothing with the purpose of reselling. I have tons of respect for anyone who has the ability to do that - I'm just not one of them. We are a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
