This elegant maxi dress is a dark navy blue and has a chiffon type overlay with a chenille patterned texture. It’s empire waisted and the PTP is 18” and the waist is about 14 1/2 - 28-29. This is a long length and would look so great on a person with some height. It’s lightweight and very pretty on.
