Beautiful cotton dress with adjustable drawstring waist. It can be worn loose or tied around your waist and bloused. The material is very light but not see through. The neck can be tied or left open. The skirt section is flowy. I am 5' and it comes just below my knees. The arms are veery wide and drape beautifully. The size says "0" but I am usually an 8 and it is so adjustable that it fits.
