Erika Pena Vea Mini Dress with ruffled skirt, plunge V-neck to waistline, pockets, and bow statement sleeves (worn on or off the shoulder). Color: Coral stripe. New with tags. The dress is stated to be one size; however the waistband stretches to approximately 16". Dress probably fits XS-M best or a larger size if waist measurement is within the measurements given.
