Escada Red Pleated Vintage Skirt • size 38

This red vintage pleated skirt from Escada is preowned but in great condition. There are two slits on each side that I tried to capture with a measuring stick in photos. The hem is also starting to come out a bit. A German size 38 is typically a US size 8, but with it being vintage, I’m marking it as a size 4.
