Escada Size 38/40 Black wool Dress pants

Along with a little black dress and a black pencil skirt, one should have a pair of black dress pants and these are the ones to wear. They are sized as a 40 but I purchased them already altered and they fit me a size 8. (go by the waist not the size) Pants are 100% wool , dry clean only and these have a razor sharp front crease which I always think makes me look taller and slimmer. Measurements while laid out flat Waist 15" RIse 13" Inseam 28 1/2 " Leg 8 1/2 "
