Eshakti Black Skirt with Red Hearts on Tulle Overlay The perfect Valentine's Day skirt! Size 1X (18W) 18" waist 22.5" long lining Overlay is 24" long Zip Up I believe the lining is cotton. It irons very nicely. Very good preowned condition. The cut is vintage reproduction 50's. Would look great with a crinoline.
