Esley (Mod Cloth) sleeveless shirt dress S

From Mod cloth, gently used button front dress with tie. No pockets. Some minor pilling, could be trimmed. White, blue, light blue, yellow, and peachy colors. Just too small in the chest for me! Hits above the knee (I’m 5’1).
