mareejones @kerrypickett sorry that took so long, had family visiting and pretty much was on the go all weekend. The bust measures 17 inches, but there is additional room as the fabric is gathered. I wear a DD and it fit perfectly without a bra even. The hip is open, but stretches to at least 25 inches. Hope that helps!
