Espresso brand navy&coral striped maxi dress

This cute little maxi by Espresso is 50/50 rayon and polyester, it has a surplice neckline and an elastic waist. It is approximately 53" long and the waist at full stretch would accommodate up to 44". This item is NWOT, never worn. The tag says 1X and I believe it would fit up to a 16W.
