Esprit Dress

The top is velvet and the bottom is a shiny black material similar to taffeta (?). Worn 2x for special occasions. There are a couple of stitches missing right along the seam (as shown) which is an easy fix for someone who can sew. Length is 34 inches from the middle of the neck in the back to the hem. I wore this with a black velvet long blazer that is also for sale in my closet. German size 40/US size 10, but I am an 8 so I think this is cut a bit small.
