Essence of Australia (D3044) Romantic and Glamorous.

This floral, fit and flare gown was a show stopper at my destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas. I loved wearing this dress and had the happiest wedding day! I’m just below a size 22 and the dress made me look beautiful and more trimmed due to the cut and the corset, which pulled me in. Plus I had no zippers to worry about. My husband thought it was sexy but classy and the compliments I got were overwhelming. The dress tag says 22 but the corset allowed me to make it snugger without altering the dress. I’m 47-40-51 and the dress fits perfectly. It was hemmed to me. I’m 5’6” and wore three inch heels. I saved every piece of fabric so a great seamstress could add and inch or two to the bottom if needed. Also, I removed a layer of tulle so the pink would show through on the train, but it can be added back. Even without that layer, the Long Cathedral train is still frothy and sensual. In my wedding photos, you’ll see shoulder sleeves. They are Maggie Sottero sleeves, which any good bridal store has. I added a few small crystals to the bodice (and the sleeves) of the dress which sparkle in the light. The sleeves are not included in this price. Neither is the veil, shown in last pic. Shown is the Maggie Sottero Bel Air cathedral veil with small crystals. This dress helped me look beautiful and sexy on my wedding day. I hope it gives you the same happiness. I spent $300 having it cleaned professionally so it’s all ready. The dress normally retails for $2400 + new.
