Essential Antwerp Knee length dress

Really unique dress with open back that’s covered with an attached cape back. Almost a waffle knit fabric. The waist is elastic and dress fits like a medium but is very forgiving. Never worn, just can’t find the tag. *has pockets and a very small pad in shoulders with a subtle puff sleeve
