This bracelet is made with black round Lava rock, round red and black glass beads. This bracelet would be more of a unisex design. You just add a drop of your favorite essential oil on one of the lava rock beads starting with the smallest amount, until you reach your preferred aroma level. tammasheart @kjc48 Hi! the red beads are a glass bead, not a stone. the bracelet is approximately 7 inches long and it can also lightly stretch. It depends on how you like to wear your bracelets. I like mine to dangle a bit, not too tight. so depending on the size of the wrist . It may dangle a little for a small wrist, but be almost snug for a medium size wrist. I hope this helps. :)
