This is a roller bottle with essential oils- balance, serenity and frankincense in it topped with fractioned coconut oil. This exact blend was something I made for when my 3 year old started to get stressed out and frustrated. She rolls it into the palms of her hands and breaths it in deeply. It can also be applied to the wrists, back of neck, behind the ears, spine and bottom of feet. I make blends for everything! I can also make lotion!

crazyshopper53 My daughter struggles with anxiety and I would like to know what would be a good blend for her? She has been using Lavender and Breath. That seems to working good. Would it help to add Balance? She wants to try it. And I LOVE the roller bottles for her!

shannonkresek @crazyshopper53 definitely balance and serenity. Frankincense is a wonderful one also. I have bad anxiety and I have a ton of blends I like to combine. The roller bottles are so so handy. We have them for every single thing. I also make lotions!

shannonkresek @crazyshopper53 serenity, vevitor, lavender, balance, frankencise, wild orange are all my fav for anxiety. You can blend any of them. They are all excellent! I could do two roller bottles with all of those or if you just want one, I could do a few of the oils in one.

shannonkresek @crazyshopper53 it depends which oils I use. If I know you want one bottle with 3 oils. And her anxiety gets bad, I will use the best oils so $18 or $20 for a roller bottle and a sample of any oil you want.

shannonkresek @crazyshopper53 I think balance, lavender and vetiver would help a ton. I just got vetiver in the mail today and I'm diffusing it right now and it's a very grounding oil. One of my favorites definitely.
