This Estate Heart Pendant features a open cut design, with a the word "MOM" down the bottom right side. On the left side & top are 2 Natural round white diamonds set into a white gold section. The rest of the heart is all Yellow Gold and it measures aprox 7/8" including the bail, and weighs aprox 1.116 grams of solid (Stamped 10Kt & CI on back side) 10Kt Gold.
