Estate 14K Gold Amethyst Rose 🥀 of Sharon Victorian Ring, Size 7.5. Amethyst is 15mm, ~9.7 carats with a beautiful cut. The Rose of Sharon was used in the design of Victorian jewelry in the late 19th century, symbolizes beauty, and is referenced in the Song of Solomon to describe the beauty of the King’s lover. Botanically, the “Rose of Sharon” is actually not a rose, but a type of hibiscus (pictured above). Good condition, minor markings throughout and light wear of gold enameled “rose.”
